First Time Home Buyers
I have had the pleasure of being invited into the adventure of purchasing a first home! Buying your first home can be pretty scary, there are so many turns to the journey. That is what I am here for and I welcome my place in the transaction. I am a Mom first in life and I think that sometimes that runs over into my real estate transactions. Once I begin working with "my" buyers I am kind of a mother hen, but in a good way.... I want to make sure they have just the right amount of hand holding and get educated a long the way. Because after all we are a military town and next time I might not be there to "protect" them.
Really, I do enjoy first time home buyers a lot. You are never as excited as you are when you buy your first home and I love to live it over and over again through my clients. As a "first timer" you have lots of questions and it can be a little nerve racking, but I love the questions sometimes I may over explain... Lol For my past "first timers" you know what I am talking about!
