I don’t know where to start in my praise of my REALTOR® Melissa McKinney.  From start to finish, Melissa took the time to walk me through the process of buying my first home. Because of Melissa’s knowledge and patience, my experience was never stressful or frustrating. When I called to ask a question (which was often!), Melissa always answered or returned my phone call promptly. She went above and beyond to explain the pros and cons of every residence we visited, and the potential value of the property in the future. Melissa never tried to talk me into buying a house that I could not afford.

My parents and friends are still amazed at the efficiency of my home purchase! Found Melissa Mckinney on the Internet when I was looking for a house in North Carolina. Her office sent me email listings almost every day,  I also continued to look in other parts of the state.  Explained to her from the beginning that  I'm physical challenged and needed a certain style of house.  Also that it would not be possible for me to come down and look at the house. 
Finally made three choices in Carolina Trace.  Melissa came over from Fayetteville and looked at the houses for me.  She took many pictures of the house that she felt would meet my needs, even the room sizes.  I could not have picked a nicer house if I had come down myself.  We had many problems to resolve and even her family helped at one point.  I wish that other business people I have had to deal with since, were as quick to respond as Melissa.   She will do her best to find the right home for you.
